God, I'm DEPRESSED!! My girl Marina has just OFF'D herself!!! Colin's bloody gutted, the Gay Artist is hiding his lover behind a beard, Daphne is being THE LITERAL WORST!! The only good thing we have is Penelope and Eloise!! (and Lady Danbury with her top hats)
How the heck are we wrapping this season up in any way that isn't depressing!???
At least we sort of (unsure) know who Lady Whistledown is? I think it's the Modiste!??? I'm confused!! Don't tell me if it is or isn't... I await further clarification next episode.
Anwyays, onto the finale!! Unsure if I'm excited, scared or nervous. Perhaps all 3!!

Idk if there was any other steps she could have taken, he was gonna be unhappy either way

2024-12-05 18:35:22 +0000 UTCSomething I think is important to remember about Daphne's perspective here is that she feels like she made the decision to marry him and not allow them to duel based on the idea that he was unable to (not unwilling to) concieve. And she is completely trapped in the marriage based on a flase pretense now, she can't leave him and have kids with someone else, this is it for the rest of her life. Not to excuse what she did but I think its easy to forget how limited her options are once they're married.
