If you noticed of the emotions how Joy was in charge in Rylies mind while mom's emotions Sadness was the main one in charge in her mind and in the dad's Anger was in charge so if we go off that while Rylie was prone to more Joy and happiness the mom was more than likely prone to sadness and depression and the dad had issues with anger and being short tempered

2024-05-01 19:04:14 +0000 UTCI love watching reactors go on the journey of accusing Sadness of hurting Riley (I believe your exact words were “lock her away!”😂), to realizing that Joy is actually the one hurting her by not allowing her to feel sad. The filmmakers do such a great job of pacing all the realizations for the viewer, and everyone seems to go on the same journey with it- but you actually seemed to catch onto this theme quicker than most (obviously, an ✨intellectual✨). This film is such a cathartic watch, and when Riley finally feels the full breadth of her emotions at the end, it’s like we also get to feel all the sadness we’ve locked away. Watching other people watch this movie is like feeling that catharsis all over again, and your reaction certainly did not disappoint!! Thanks for a great reaction video. I’m new to your channel/patreon and I’m loving it so far! I also love that you’re not afraid to snack while viewing- you better work. 🍫💅🏻 Also please give my love to Miss Ellie Diamond- she was one of my faves on her season, trust and believe! 💕

This is why it’s so important to point out toxic positivity and its harm. I love it when Joy realizes that her happy memories were there because of sadness when she recognizes that the only reason why her parents and her team came was because they saw she was sad. If she had just pretended to be OK, then her disappointment would have never been acknowledged and addressed
