I’m in LA and we have The Hollywood Bowl (the largest natural amphitheater in Southern California and it’s where the LA philharmonic plays during the summer) and they do special shows with movies and I went to see it when they played Coco and it was mind blowing! Another recommendation would be Encanto if you haven’t watched it. It’s set in Colombia and just like with Coco, the animators and the whole team spent a lot of time in Colombia to try to accurately portray the area and its people ☺️ AND also love the haircut!

WATERWORKS 😭😭😭😭 This is one of my all time favorite films - gorgeous animation, lovely songs, great plot, and just beauuttiifffuulllll all around. Thanks for sharing 💗

2024-04-21 03:29:49 +0000 UTCYeah that was me in theaters! I was a mess trying to hold it in, those last 10 minutes I was sobbing uncontrollably. So good, also the movie is very accurate, the Coco team spent so much time in Mexico gathering information for the film.
