But as a Swedish choir singer, I cannot help but focus on the fact the we got to hear not only Längtan till landet (Vintern rasat), but also Vårvindar friska, and Uti vår hage. We got the Lucia episode in season 1, but this was even more representation of traditional Swedish choir songs! Those are three of my favorite spring songs, very fitting for the context! Omar acted the crap out of that scene. All of the actors are bringing it this season. Felice w/her dad broke me too. Just damn. Gave me flashbacks of my own. I guess black kids all over the world have heard the “work 10x harder” speech from their parents at some point. I was just hoping we were getting closer to not having to hear/do it? But alas. 💜💜💜 woof, this season.

I totally get how it makes Wille/the Royal Family look when his boyfriend is posting photos at a demonstration with signs saying 'fuck the upper class'. But Simon shouldnt have to just give up his life and change who he is. They're both going through a LOT and I think they both just struggle to see the others perspective. Also, not going to lie, I did start to feel a *smidge* sorry for August in this episode. He's an absolute twat, but when he went to see Sara its obvious how much he cares for her 😞
