Subscription Billing Activate!

Patreon recently released a patron charging schedule that lets patrons be charged monthly based on the day of joining instead of the 1st of the month. Going forward, anyone who joins will see their recurring charges on or around the same day of the month they joined. In other words, if someone joins on the 15th, they will be charged every 15th as long as they're a member.
I still get a lump sum payout at the start of the month. And like I said, if you're already subscribed on the monthly plan, you'll continue to be charged at the start of each month. This only affects subscriptions that start from today, so I guess if you want to change your charge date, you can unsub and then resub for another time that fits your bank account better!
