I’m wondering though, in all the reaction videos I’ve watched (you and others as well) to me, it looks like Darcy’s mom when she answers the door to Tara, has a black eye, and haven’t heard anyone mention it. Does anyone else see it, or is it just a trick of the light?

So glad to see it end well and not with the bashing they gave Justin after his prom. 😮💨#gaytrauma

I think it really cements that he is just the most kind person ever, especially adding that Darcy and him aren’t really that close (at least on screen). It’s just nice to see how integrated he is with his found family <3.

I've read some articles where a set designer spoke about how whilst blue and yellow were the colours for s1, pink and pistachio (green) were the colours for s2, partly to represent summer since s1 was set in winter and spring. that makes sense, but blue and yellow being the components for green makes it feel like the colour choice has a bit more meaning behind it! and green especially have been an important colour for Nick and Charlie especially this season like you said, and the same article (I think) stated that Nick and Charlie have starting dressing a little more alike to symbolise them being closer with one another so the green also symbolising that totally makes sense

As for Charlie and Nick the writer didn’t go into much detail on that just will Charlie send the I love you message or not bit of a teaser. But season 3 is being made and comes out next year also signed up for season 4. But she reckons she’s made changes to some of the storylines from the later books. So a case of watch this space!!

I'm a long-time Swiftie, and I felt like they used her song in the perfect scene. One of the music producers of this show said that Taylor herself thought the song fit so perfectly that she didn't make them pay to use the song in the show and I feel like that just makes the moment so much more precious.

That post prom party was perfect and Charlie and Nick look so much more relaxed and into each other there. The friendship love in this show is so intense and beautiful and well emphasised. I enjoy that though most of them are couples they are all close and deep friends with each other - and Isaac gets to participate in that

Starting out with strong notes of blue and yellow, the palette gradually becomes more green (blue + yellow = green!) -- in Nick and Charlie's clothes (Nick's prom suit, various jumpers), the decorations on the walls, even the walls themselves. Nick's room gradually changes from a strong blue early on to a blue-green by the end of Season 2. Now I just want to put myself in suspended animation until S3 comes out, hopefully in 2024. Rrrrrrgh!

I was holding my breath, the pessimist part of my was expecting that something bad would happen at the end when they are saying goodbye and were emphasizing the "see you tomorrow" and "I'll text you when I get home" plus the lyrics of the song at the background!! I was literally so relief when it was over, I felt overwhelmed like never with a show! fantastic season and dying to get out of work so I can watch your reaction!
