Make sure you check out "Heartstopper Bloopers" on Youtube and you'll see one scene with him and Tao in it which is hilarious. Cormack is actually very nice and said he hopes "Heartstopper" feels like a "safe place" for the LGBTQIA+ community of all ages and that it took a lot for him to pretend to be such a homophobic dick.

2023-06-04 10:27:12 +0000 UTCOut of all the episodes, this one I did truly hate, So much conflict happened... but what Tao failed to see was that it was Nick that pulled Harry off him... Nick just lost it with his friends and showed Harry he was done when he was pushing Nick backwards. Harry & Ben are the worst characters in the show. FUN FACT: Sabastian who plays Ben actually hates his own character and is said via TikTok to be the president of the Hating Ben Hope club. Like he posted a video saying that TikTok were being haters because they took down a video where Sabastian was hating on his character. And if I am correct in saying this other fact, Corrin (Harry) he's like the youngest in the cast apparently, younger than Joe and Kit were at the time. But yes, I fully agree with you, I hated this episode for how things with Charlie went, you could see him just pulling away from everyone with his headphones on the bus. He began to feel like he didn't want to exist anymore. This show can make you feel so many emotions in the space of 6 minutes, it's creatively amazing.

2023-06-03 23:49:57 +0000 UTCya know, one thing I realized after rewatching this a million times is that technically, Charlie didn't tell anyone else Nick did. it's not really Charlie's thing to tell since Nick is the one who is coming out of the closet. Isaac found out on his own when he walked in on them after the rugby match, Nick told Tara and Darcy, and he also told Elle at the milkshake cafe (Charlie just confirmed it). so it's not even Charlie's fault that Tao is the last to know; if Tao wants to be upset with someone about that, it should be Nick but that would make zero sense. I get it from Tao's perspective tho: he feels like he is losing his friends. first Elle, then Charlie, and he doesn't really have a big group of friends. those teen angst years, man. so glad I'm beyond it cuz I can't deal with the drama at my age anymore lol
