The $15-tier feature post

- Sketches are to be uncomplicated poses of a single character.
- Sketch requests must be submitted before the 15th of each month.
- One sketch request can be held to combine with the next month's sketch to have two (2)
characters in the sketch. I still need to be notified about holding the sketch request. Only one request can be held and any extras will be removed.
- Completed sketch requests can be upgraded to a commission tier by paying the difference in the tier. ie. (Commission Tier) - $15 = Upgrade Price
- Members of the tier are eligible for a 10% discount on any commission regardless of month discount. This doesn't stack with the month discount and the greater discount will take priority. This discount also applies to the upgrade option for sketches.
