Discord integration

I set up the Patreon integration on my Discord server. If your accounts are already connected, you were probably added automatically.

Integration is enabled for both tiers. It's just for one exclusive channel where I may or may not be talking or dropping sketch previews now and again - you will not be missing out on actual Patreon content if you don't join.
Of course, you're welcome on the entire server if you'd like to join!
