Sam is one of my oldest characters, I'm glad to finally be giving her a cemented place in the Delinquentverse! I suppose it took this long since the Tachibana's have a bit of a monopoly on blonde hair in Kabocha haha.
With Vacation, I kind of wanted to hybridize my previous takes on Sam, squishing together aspects of the flustered rich girl and the laidback southern girl I've depicted her as in previous works. I suppose she absorbed the mass from both characters as well, as she's (for now) the largest character in the Delinquentverse at this point, both in terms of height and weight! That's sure to change as time goes on, though...
