Big Announcement + General Comic update!

Social media is an ever-evolving hellscape, and as we've seen recently with a certain bird website, things can stupid pretty fast. As such, I've been wanting to give Donut Delinquent a home of it's own for a little while now, a place where I had complete control over how my content was presented...

So after months of hard work, I'm proud to introduce DonutDelinquent.com, a site fully dedicated to my silly little comic! Here you will find every single page uploaded so far with the original public publishing date and descriptions!

There is also a dedicated character page, with profiles for all the main players! You might find some new information about them in there too...

I've still got some work to do, namely giving Donut Holes a dedicated spot on the site, but it's in a mostly complete form now, and I wanted to time the reveal with page 100.

Want some fun statistics? Thanks to the tags feature, I've discovered that Leo has appeared in 69 of the 100 pages posted so far, Hana has appeared 59 times, and Lisbeth in 34!

Things will continue as always here on the Patreon, you guys get pages two weeks before anyone else. For the time being, I will also continue posting pages on my Deviantart at the same time as the site. On Twitter, new pages will be posted via links to the new site instead of being posted there directly.

I had a lot of trepidation about doing this, since none of the major fat artists have done this with their own long-running comics, but as they say, sometimes you gotta be the change you want to see in the world.

Now that the website announcement is out of the way, time for a more general update on the comic project itself!

We reached Page 100 today, a milestone I'm very proud of! I'm not going to celebrate too long though, as this story is only beginning! See, the first 100 pages were very much setup, introducing the characters, setting and plot. Now, the ball will finally start really rolling! I'll sum it up with a quote from Mako in Chapter 7:

"Even if you haven't thought of it before, the idea of a Double-wide delinquent intrigues you, doesn't it?"

I'm happy to say the next 100 pages are already scripted and storyboarded, I just have to do the final sketches, lineart and coloring for them! This'll ideally take us to the end of the year, at my current rate of production.

Now, the primary cast of Delinquent has already been introduced, but there are still a few characters who'll pop up over the next chapters in smaller parts... How and where will these cuties pop up? You'll just have to see! (of course, both these girls have already had appearances in Girl's Night, one more prominent than the other...)

Aaaand that about wraps things up! See you all with the start of Chapter 6 on Friday!
