They've been pretty heavy, but I really hope everyone enjoyed the three pages I've posted this week, I'm really happy with the work I've put into them. I also hope after four chapters, but especially this one, people realize what I meant when I said Donut Delinquent was a "romance slice of life comic with weight gain/fat fetish fanservice, not a weight gain fat fetish comic with a romance subplot."
I draw my characters fat as hell in one off art all the time, Donut Delinquent is meant to tell the story and lives of my characters, characters that have more to them than just eating and getting fatter. If you like that, I hope you continue to enjoy the story I tell. If you want a more strictly fat-focused comic, there are plenty of other artists in the community who offer that!
That said, I also hope I've managed to keep people happy with a healthy amount of fanservice! Here's the uncensored version of the chapter cover, perhaps Seina's appearance is a window into what Hana will become too, once the pounds start adding up...
Chapter Five "Generic Happy Music" will be kicking off this Monday, kicking off the next arc that will take us up through Chapter 7!
Leo will take his first steps in attempting to confess his newfound feelings for Hana!
Hana herself will find herself the target of a mean, misguided momma bear!
Lisbeth will be forced into the one thing she can't stand more than Hana's bullying: Physical fitness!

Poor girl, she really does seem like a sweet little thing when she's not angry, which in turn I'm still convinced is probably a defence mechanism brought on by the trauma of either losing her parents or that massive bitch of an aunt. I've made up my mind by the way, she gets the brick. Never understood the appeal of makeup, but nevertheless making her mum a chonky little thing is both adorable and appealing in how much Hana ends up resembling her. Incidentally, am incapable of reconciling the image of the precious little bunny in her father's arms and everyone's favourite sometimes standoffish but still strangely sweet and sympathetic (yes, that was intentional), awkward little Goblin. If the mother you mentioned is Ryoko, really do have to wonder what her reaction will be when she realises Lis' competition is her deceased friend's daughter? Wondering that either way, but ESPECIALLY if she's the one targeting Hana. tl;dr, This comic good, me look forwurd 2 mur.
