February's Start of the Month Update!

Hey again, time for the monthly update log :D !

Gotta start the month good with a few news and updates here and there, for getting a good summary of last month and future ideas!

This time, the topics of the post will be:

• New Monthly Theme
• First goal drawing achieved
• A new type of event being announced for the Lazycouch server
• Plans for a 2nd Patreon Goal

First of all, with all of the people voting on the last poll, I'm absolutely happy to announce you all the new Monthly Theme for February is the Macro Shrine Maidens theme! A theme I feel may prove quite interesting to give a shot, considering it may help improving on drawing slightly more fancy looking clothes and cute scenes! Cute giant ladies in fancy kimonos and slightly fantasy typed scenes, won't lie it sounds like a very cute combo in my opinion!

The new Monthly Theme Poll will be created soon enough this week, the Monthly Theme Poll Brainstorming session ending on February 5th 4PM EST! The new poll will be held until February 28th 11:59PM EST! Gotta have a good amount of time to decide those big themes!

For the second topic, I won't lie it was very great to get around drawing the celebration drawing to show how awesome you all are! Seeing us reaching and even going over the goal's amount required had me not believing it! Wasn't expecting to ever have the page reach at some point 291$ for a bit and I feel we can do even better over time! Big cats had to party for such an occasion, so had to include a lot of them to spend time around together!

Third topic of the day, quite an interesting topic if I may say too, is about a new event being introduced!

Once in a while, the Lazycouch's events will feature Drawpile sessions for any users willing to join them! Tested it a bit around and it seems like it can have quite some interesting ways of being used too! May it be random little doodles done together, small tips and tricks sessions for art or even brainstorming for new characters for anyone wanting to throw ideas at each other! The sessions are discussed and announced in the server, for all to see if wanting to participate! Last session had us all brainstorming about Moogle inspired characters, who knows what may happen next! I'm quite happy to do such events with you all and your suggestions always are very fun to read!

For the last topic, I will announce that I am slowly but surely thinking of making a 2nd Patreon Goal for the page which I may post at a point during month when I will have a few more thoughts about what I can add as a 2nd Goal. For amount to reach for goal, I got a bit an idea, but the core of such a goal will be to be able to think of a reward fit for such a big event. 

I was thinking maybe going for choosing among story ideas/settings I got which may interest more patrons and fans for making an actual full comic or focus more on developing. I feel it could make things more easy to decide and think of without going a bit off track at points, it could prove very useful I feel considering it could be quite fun to try making a webcomic at some point and I feel it could be rewarding in the end.

If having ideas or suggestions, feel free to share them for such a topic! I'm always open for suggestions!

That was quite a lot of infos to share and I'm always happy to share them all with you all, lots of progress happen here and there and I can't help but love hearing everything you all have to share and help this little community grow over time! Little plans can become crazy and huge over time and I can't help but say it's quite fun to see all the progress we made over 7 months!
