I remember watching Animaniacs as a kid and being super attracted to Minerva the minute she stepped onto the screen...it was the first time I had seen a character that was literally drawn as a sex-object, even before Road-Rovers and Colleen! She even directly appealed to foot-fetishists with a bunch of her scenes and now that I look back on it I think WB Animation knew EXACTLY what they were doing with her...
