Added 2022-01-22 12:49:11 +0000 UTCIt’s been a while since I’ve answered any character questions, but this one has been sitting in the old “Suggestions” form for a long time and I thought I’d warm up again by tackling this!
TenoPlaya in particular really wanted to see this question answered, so while I currently don’t have any big plans for Adair, it was fun to hash out a few details for her, including what to do about her last name. Canonically, she’s Carmen big sister, which would make her surname "Guillory" but her surname was stated years ago to be “Batista”.
I decided to go ahead and hyphenate it and make her divorced. I think she married before she knew what she wanted from life, and she keeps the dude’s last name as a reminder not to make that mistake again.
In any case, please enjoy this doberman Sergeant who has had a long day and just wants a drink without being hassled by the barkeep ^_^;;!

In short, it's a lot easier to just retroactively change it so that these characters are in the Waystone world that just so happens to be similar in certain places, than it is to try to maintain two completely separate worlds...one fantasy, and one close to reality. I don't have the time to develop two storylines in two worlds. Also, I don't want to have to deal with real-world politics or organizations. Doing that and still being able to answer a question like this is impossible, which is why I decided to drag the entire group of characters into Waystone. It's a little weird I'll admit, but it's easier than trying to be real-world accurate with the French/British military structures and having people ask them questions regarding real-world events.

2022-01-22 15:39:26 +0000 UTCI think it’s the year of 2017 when you made comic book called quick study when Carmen and bexley meet each other in college when Carmen become her student and as her girlfriend hopefully her future wive when Carmen told a tragic story of what her father did to her when she was sixteen that really messed up of what her dad did and some anonymous person give a pin up question of Adair when she’s in a gym working out I don’t remember of what the question of what the person said but I really remember that this guy or girl did give Adair that is it true that Carmen is her cousin tell Patreon make you remove the page and re-fixed everything sorry how or folks from Silicon Valley fucked things up and giving you a hard time man
