Rule(may be changed in the future)
- Only Silver tier, Gold tier, Platinum tier, and Diamond tier have the right to vote
- You can vote more than 1 choice.
- If there're characters, who have an equal vote more than the slot of rewards on that month, I'll randomize for the result.
- Characters that have been selected to be rewarded on that month will be removed from a poll for 1-2months and then they'll have a chance to come back.
