Epic Garf fight, the anime made the the fight more artistic than in the LN. In the LN it was a much longer fight where Garf had to design a strategy to get in a hit because Kurs arms kept blocking all his attacks. The strategy is what we saw here, he started by thinking of a way to obstruct Kurs vision. If he can obstruct vision he can land a hit in his blind spot, so he punched his eye making him blind. That still wasn't really working, Kur just had too many hands to block all of Gafs moves so the next step was to come up with a way to deal with his hands. As we saw here he used his earth magic to earth bend pillars aimed at Kur, naturally Kur blocked the pillars but in the process it gave Garf the opening he needed. As Kurt held on to the pillars with each of his arms, Garf from underwater targeted Kurs blind spot (were he has no eye) and chomped at his neck "killing" him... Kurgan died standing up still holding the pillars and admiring Garf, in Kur POV Garf was like this ferocious strong beast! Before he turned to dust he met Garf gaze and said "Magnificent!" (Idk why the F*** Crunchyroll messed up that line <.<) Also its kinda implied that Garfs tiger bite has some kind of anti-healing properties to it???? He also killed Elsa with that bite because she could not regen after that.
