Quagoa's lore is deeper than we expected

But 1 powerful leader united 8 Quagoa clans and now rule them with diplomacy. 8 Clan Lord Pe Riyuro was the one who started war with Dwarves, seeking to destroy the remaining Dwarven Kingdom and control their resources. Quagoa are not bad but for them it's survival of the strongest. It's similar to how powerful country invades other for oil, water or other resources. Both needs minerals for different purpose, Quagoa eats them and Dwarves make weapons.
