If you think this Episode was dramatic...Episode 5 is about to get WILD! 😅 That good morning Scene was soooo cute and wholesome...maybe even the sweetest Wilmon Moment in the season

2024-04-20 22:00:37 +0000 UTCI love your reactions. The whole discussion between simon and wille about the foundation remind me of skam discussion between eskild and Isak. But also, not everyone feels comfortable to be an "activist" and that doesn't mean he isn't passionately in love with Simon. And he is only 17 (well will be soon as it's his birthday). The court has asked simon to not demonstrate and kind of "stop being himself" so he doesn't have to face another "rock in his window" and now he sees Wille willing to "demonstrate", it's understandable that he is mad. Yes Erik was his hero, he said in s1 ep4 (at erik's cereomny when he come back to school) that Erik was his role model and with that revelation from August, he realize that maybe Erik wasn't so perfect. But if that's the case, what does it mean for him while he is trying so hard to fit into Erik's shoes and be a crown prince as "perfect" as Erik...

But I also think the new principal character with her draconian rules is weak, two dimensional. Simon comes off as immature here. He’s just a jerk to his sister. But that’s all fades into the background since I was absolutely charmed by your cats. The way the gray and white one looks at you around 42:11 then seemingly watches over your shoulder for a bit. So cute. Made my evening.

2024-04-20 05:28:50 +0000 UTCThis is a really good episode, I think, and part of the reason is that it continues to show up the class differences. I think what Simon gets most irritated about is the hypocrisy of ridiculing people who demonstrate for their rights and then decide to have a strike of their own. There are a lot of things about the strike that are funny, but it also gives us some real insights into character, particularly August. I think it’s a new realization for him that his tenancy to often starve himself is actually unhealthy behavior. And the revelation about Erik at the end, while not completely unpredictable, is an important part of Wille’s journey. Overall you caught the really important things in this episode, I think.
