Miss Hissy says, "Nothing ironic it was deliberate, a 'Time to pay us more attention!' move."

Ironically the cat has acting messed up a few videos exporting by stepping on my laptop lol

Courtney Jai

But you also have your cats for assistants! :-)

No problem the best thing about patreon you guys realise how much effort goes into these videos , the worst thing in youtube is people saying oh the I don't like the edit can you react to this are you going to finish that. They don't understand I'm literally one person who films and edits everything

Courtney Jai

contractual/copyright - I knew the problem began with a "c". :-) YAY for Patreon! And thanks again for your painstaking efforts to produce quality content.

Randy Shipp

Unfortunately it's not contractual thing copy right is technically a legal thing , but patreon allows me to upload using a different video player where I negate that.

Courtney Jai

Watched the Youtube version before the Patreon version - found the continuous one-second cutaways to be very distracting (maybe caused by contractual limitations on how much video you can actually show. Patreon version much better and easier to follow the plot. Good show and, as always, excellent commentary. Look forward to more!

I adore Felix, and his struggles with his mum are the absolute stand out part of season two, and brilliant displayed how much anguish a bubbly, happy and seemingly OK person can be going through in secret, it was gut wrenching when he finally broke down in front of Victor's family. The UK/US difference in how life is portrayed is strange, we're very much more "kitchen sink"; we tend to have far more grounded representations of life.

I got stuck behind a train so one more thought: I think that of all the characters on Love, Victor, Felix is the most relatable because he best represents the average American kid: single-parent home, mom with chronic mental health issues, financial struggles.

Having a job is probably a condition of Benji’s trust fund. You both hit on a good point about connection with characters. I think that most American teenage dramas portray kids this way because consuming media has become more about escapism and less about connection. Even American “reality” tv is ridiculous. Like the home renovation shows where people have a budget of 2 million dollars to work on their home when their jobs wouldn’t suggest that budget. Geez, I could go on about this all day but I have to go to work. ✌️I love reading other people’s thoughts so keep them coming!

Benji owns a cabin on a lake larger than the hotel Harry rents, but still has a part time job as a barista.

I think love victor has alot of disconnects , especially with how they do their drama but setting them as rich kids makes it feel alot more like a shoe then reality somthing that heartstopper did the opposite of

Courtney Jai

The immense wealth on display in this show really doesn't help you connect to the characters sometimes

jearle

Great video thanks for the full version! This season already feels a bit better than the previous ones, but I still keep thinking Benji is the least developed character on the show, it almost seems like Victor saw a hot guy and then that's as far forwards as he thought with what he wants.

jearle

I love getting to see these uncut reactions there so great I love them.

I left a comment the first time you attached the Vimeo video, but it doesn’t seem to be showing up as having a comment unless you click on the bubble.

Most American kids don’t have that kind of money.

Judith Emig

That would explain all thr ski trips in American High school tv shows

Courtney Jai

Just finished watching. Since you asked, Aspen is a place in Colorado where rich people go to ski 🙂. Great video (as always)! ❤️🌈✌️
