I had an absolutely fantastic week-long vacation with my extended family at the end of the month! It was the perfect dose of much-needed R&R. I even got the chance to play and "impromptu GM" some game sessions, and enjoyed some blissful time in the sun and water with loved ones. I hope you've been able to find some time for fun and relaxation with your friends and family this summer too!
For my table, I ran an incredibly thrilling one-shot that had been on my radar for a while—WHEN THE SWALLOWS FLY LOW by Corkboards & Curiosities. They have an amazing video detailing the adventure, loaded with vibrant descriptions and wonderfully flavored dialogue examples. Plus, they offer a free pdf on their site that includes a stunning isometric map of the theater's catwalks where the climax happens! My whole table was totally immersed in the mystery adventure, and I've been blown away by their other videos on GMing. I highly recommend their content—definitely check it out!

While I tried my best to prepare everything before leaving, there's always more to do! So, I'm playing a bit of catch-up with some admin tasks and scheduling. I have an exciting vision for the maps I want to create this month, but I haven't prepared a detailed introduction for them yet, so it will be a fun surprise when the first one is revealed!
Last month's three map packs will have FVTT modules up within the next week, be on the look out!
I have gotten the awesome opportunity to do some work for Steamforged Games under a few of their upcoming projects. The first of these to go public is their Iron Kingdoms: Strangelight Workshop Kickstarter. Its a standalone 5e roleplaying game of occult and otherworldly investigation set in the Iron Kingdoms universe.

My map of the city of Ceryl got prominently featured on their Kickstarter, and I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be contributing battle maps to the completed project! If you want to check it out, there are still a couple of days left to back the Kickstarter.
I can't wait to share more about these projects as I'm able to! This journey has been incredibly fun and educational. I've already applied some of the new techniques I've learned to my recent maps, and I've got even more exciting ideas that will be useful for future maps!
Every month I pick one of my favorite map variants that is normally reserved for certain tiers , and release it to all patrons!
This month I chose the "Cathedral Restoration - Ritual". What dark things are gathering on this holly ground!
If you want to see previous variant drops, you can find the whole library here

Hope you can find use for it at your tables!
