Hey, for this to work youll need to install the 6.5.1 version of reshade which i sent in the intructions as this is the last reshade version compatible with snowymoon. Also the presets can be placed into the reshade folder and selected with the reshade app once installed, also please remember to use the snowymoon lighting settings as well

hey, most of the videos on TT are made with V1 New Sharpness Preset - i am using DLSS Quality with 125% Scaling in 4k, but also the camera setting that i use is important for the way the light appears and enters the cabin (i use an extended seat view mod with an FOV of 90 and seat moved forward accordingly) . I also use PNG with favourite skyboxes 1/3/4/7/10. i would recommend to start with V1 New Sharpness Presets with Lighting D or C and the have a look at V2

Hey, i guess you you have been using v2 which in the ets2 version of it is very gloomy and dark but it has its use in certain scenarios, all of the latest pictures on the main posts have been done using the V1 Revised, as V1 and V2 are totally different presets, also they both have been updated with new sharpness effects and ar under "New Sharpness Presets". Have a look at the v1 of it and let me know, it would aslo be helpful if you can send some pictures as well to just have a look

Hey, I downloaded and tested all your presets and settings for SnowyMoon. I configured all the settings according to your screenshots, and every time, the game is very dark and foggy. Unfortunately, either you're not uploading the presets you're showing, or there's something wrong with the PNG mod. I've previously used PNG settings for Snowy and Reshade, and they're much better. I tried disabling individual effects in your Reshade presets, but unfortunately, the fog is still very strong.

Good afternoon, I'm using Reshade but I can't use Snowmoon at the same time; it's either one or the other. When both are in the same folder, the game won't open. I've already put the Reshade dxgi.dll in another folder and the Snowmoon dxgi.dll in the x64 folder, but only Snowmoon opened at the end. I reversed the pair and only Reshade opened, not Snowmoon. I renamed the Reshade dxgi.dll to d3d11.ll and left the dxgi.dll, but the game still won't open. Could you help me with this or is there a tutorial that could help?

It looks pretty cool, a lot of option to choose from, I do enjoy the UltimateV2 PNG Lighting D Smooth Brighter, I'm pairing it with SnowyMoon V2, PNG Weather, Base 2, Base, Base 0, Early Autumn, tree improved 4K, and asphalt 4K it's 2am right now my eyes feels tired, I'll definitely will be recording this. For ATS I'm using UltimateV2 Weather 3.4 Sharp Brighter with PNG Addonn Streetlamps, PNG Weather, tree improved 4K, PNG Base, Early Autumn looks so good I'll have to do more driving.

Delete dxgi. Reinstall reshade. Move the dxgi installed by reshade into a folder named reshade. Reinstall snowymoon.

Hey, you need to enable them through the Reshade Menu, by default set at HOME key on your keyboard

Hey, i used the PNG V2 Brighter preset in the videos. Also take into conisdiration that scs lighting and skyboxes look a bit different and not every skybox option looks good in there

Hi, are there any presets without PNG files? I'm using the open beta version 1.57 with Snowy Moon v2.0.35.7. I just watched one of your videos about the beta version and I can't get the same presets as you. I tested them all, both in C and D modes, and mine look very faded and sometimes oversaturated; they're not as sharp as yours. I'm using Project_Ultimate_ReshadeV2 + Updated Sharpness and Brightness Correction.

Hey, thanks for the feedback, the v2 is a heavy preset which affects black pitch as well, i do not use the 3.4 that much myself due to questionable quality of lighting and the fact that the lifghting is all over the place, you should see less of this in the v1 Revised as its not relying so heavily on Magic HDR, also as to sharpness - I get feedback about this being too blurry and other ones that they are too sharp so i guess this is just setup orientated. As if you were to run DLSS on certain setups you really need a lot of shaprening to get through the smoothness of it. But at the end of the day the game needs to look good to yourself therefore adjustements are understandable

Havent used the PNG presets yet. Only weather 3.4. Daytime looks good although i changed the delc sharpern with Highpass sharpen due too pixelated sky textures. But night sky textures look messed up and thats because of Magic HDR shader. Here's a pic https://imgur.com/a/Oo7UEAr

Hey, i myself would go for the Lighting D - PNG Autumn Full PNG mod. Lighting C - PNG Climate (Spring Optional) - 4k Road Textures + 4k Trees. I do not use the Weather 3.4 option that often as they do change the way the PNG Spring trees load in. And also 3.4's weather def does not have a set lighting tone for all of the skyboxes which sometimes might not look that favorauble. On the other hand PNG/JBX follow a set tonemap for all of the skyboxes making it easier to achieve a more consistent results

Hello, is there a video showing how to install it with Snowymoon? Because the dxgi.dll file prevents the installation of reshade, I created the reshade folder separately, but reshade uses the game executable, so I moved the reshade files to the reshade folder but the game does not open!

Hey, you can use my reshade with any graphics mods but its recommended to use it with PNG however it works well on JBX or Weather 3.4 as well

Hey, did you install reshade first and the snowymoon? Also did you name the reshade folder with all small letters?

After installing ReShade for ATS and moving the files into the ReShade folder, then downloading Snowymoon and moving its files into win_x64, the game won’t launch. Steam shows for a moment that I’m in the game, but the game doesn’t even appear on the taskbar before closing. When I remove the .dll file from ReShade or from the main directory (Snowymoon), the game launches. I tried deleting the config, changing the game version - nothing helps. What could be the problem? I can see that in ETS I have the same setup (ReShade folder + Snowymoon) and everything works fine there, but that’s quite an old configuration since I did it about a year ago and haven’t touched it since.

Hey, thank you for your feedback, to be honest graphics mods have climate def files which are assigning the whole lighting and colorway which does help a lot. But once im done revising V1 and finishing the Skyforce Preset ill have a look what can be done with Vanilla🫡

Hi all, I’ve received feedback from people using AMD cards and from those running Snowymoon’s TAA in general. Because of this, I’ll be releasing a smoothed-out version as an addon to v2, which will also feature improved edge rendering/masking.
