YouTube upload issues

You may have noticed there hasn't been an "early viewing" post for Friday's video yet. YouTube has been having some problems with their ingest/encoding and causing problems in videos. I've uploaded the video multiple times and each time get weird glitches. I'm not the only creator experiencing this.
I am currently trying one last time to upload Friday's video and hopefully this one works without issue, but by the time its up and all the info/cards/etc are done there won't be much, if any, time to get it to you guys early.

It's alright, technical glitches happen. No anger or disappointment here, I just look forward to the final product when it is loaded.
