Takin' a risk
Added 2018-05-24 20:37:14 +0000 UTCWorking on a *very* different type of video for next week. It's something I've wanted to do for quite a while as I think it's pretty important, but have been reluctant because I know some will hate it.
5 WAYS TO SET THE MOOD FOR D&D
So often these simple things are missed, and they can make a huge difference in getting everyone focused and in the mood to play. I've always been pretty aware of these needs in my games and am constantly trying to improve this aspect of the experience.
1. Clean Gaming Space
2. Remove Distractions
3. Comfort
4. Atmosphere
5. Music
Going to give my thoughts on these five things that I think are the most important for setting the mood. I think some will hate this video, but my gut tells me that for some people it will be a home run! That's usually how these types of videos go.
