“I’m still continuing to feel good in my vagina” sounds a little off… Still continuing is like まださらに you don’t need both ( sorry if my Japanese doesn’t make make sense.) Vagina is a more scientific word and not what you would say casually speaking I think pussy would be more appropriate. You are left with something like “I still feel good in my pussy” but an English speaker would say: “My pussy still feels good” You can also replace good with something more descriptive. “My pussy is still throbbing” Or even something more simple that gets the same point across. “My legs are still shaking” This is a common side effect after a woman orgasms.
