Lol It was weird to set up something where we are asking for people to give money. I get that this is how this all works, and that in order to grow and provide a better quality show, this is how its done. Still, it was weird.
In a perfect world we would be independently wealthy and able to bank roll a show that gives away the best rewards and can afford the best equipment. But that is not reality. The great thing about this, podcasting i mean, is that anyone can do it. It's like punk rock in the 70’s. Most of them didn't even know how to play their instruments but they started bands and changed music forever. Even though podcasting is very accessible and anyone can start it, quality still counts. When I started the first season of the show it was basic. I wouldn't even be mad at you if you looked at me like Elenor Shellstrop from The Good Place and said “Ya BASIC!” because we were.
One of the ways to make your show better is time. The more you do, the better you get and the better the show will be. Another way; is upgrading the quality of your equipment and editing software. So we are well aware that support from listeners and fans is very important. But it still feels weird asking. That said, we’d love your support. lol
