What do you prefer?

I'm trying to figure out whether to double down on movies, do more shows, or focus on editing down the down the shows. Youtube wise, movies do the most but on Patreon where the algorithm doesn't matter, I want to know what you all prefer so I can focus more on it.

I can do more full lengths and do more movies or shows,

Of if you prefer edited down stuff I can keep the same pace but just make sure to have more reaction highlights available too.

What do you all think?

My though is that the safest bet from the channel-running perspective would likely be to add more movies as opposed to more TV shows given the time commitment. If a viewer doesn't like a movie, then the next week there will be a different movie that they may love, whereas if it's a full TV series then you're locked in for week after week. I happen to love the shows you're working on now and want them continued (The Expanse, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and Buffy: The Vampire Slayer), but considering their lengths you're committed for months on these. If you put on another show, then somebody else passing through may think it's not worth it if they're not big fans of these series. Whereas if it's a different movie every week, they may get hooked because NEXT week has what they want. The "damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't" aspect is that no matter where you focus, you're going to get to some content that appeals to some but not to others.

I agree with what Rabbid said. :)

Keep the same pace release wise for series on Patreon (uncut/unedited, full length) with full length movies added, editing for YouTube/copyright at an adjusted pace. You could release the youtube edit/highlights here early (2-3 days) before it gets posted to Youtube. You'll be able to introduce movies to your Youtube channel this way and edit at your own pace. Just my two cents!
