yeah I'm all about the fleshing out. It was still good even with the "don't think too hard about it" but even better when we can see the progression!

2023-05-30 14:23:48 +0000 UTCThe points you raised about how the Prequel Trilogy movies never seemed to ask the question about using the Clones as slave labor is why I love this series so highly. All the problems that the Prequel Trilogy -- the Clones as slaves, the idea that Palpatine is leading BOTH factions, etc. -- are addressed in some manor over the course of the series. Nothing changes from the movies, but they ASK THE QUESTIONS. It eventually creates a much more developed picture of the world that the characters inhabit, instead of just leaving it in the air with a "It's just a movie, don't think about it too hard" shrug.
