At the discussion at the end there's a little confusion on the timeline of the movie Nia. Solo takes place about 10 years before "A New Hope" and about 22 years after "The Phantom Menace." So 22 years after Darth Maul got cut in half. If you look at Maul's legs in the hologram scene he has robot legs now, also when they zoom in on his face Maul has some wrinkles now.
