There, Shancai and Si experience the "fall kiss" which goes viral before Shancai witnesses a heartbreakingly intimate moment between Lei and Jing. In episode 4, everyone's back to school and Si is on a cloud nine feeling as if he and Shancai have made some kind of progress. But his bubble gets burst when some nosy classmates show him a video of Shancai hanging out with Lei, sending our leading guy into a frenzy where he crosses some serious boundaries!!

We knew about the 2005 j-drama version having multiple season and a movie, that's why we're saving it for last but had no idea about the Taiwan one of the Chinese mini-series. Thanks for the heads up!!

2024-09-23 04:20:42 +0000 UTCforgot to mention that there are multiple seasons of Taiwan and Japan 2005 has multiple seasons and a movie where they come to America! There is a 1995 Japan version and a Chinese mini-series(?) version called Meteor Rain. I haven't seen the last two.

2024-09-23 04:17:39 +0000 UTCF4 Thailand, Meteor Garden (China), Boys Over Flowers (Japan) are the least toxic versions. At best, the male lead characters are arrogant, childish, can't express their feelings. At worst, they are toxic bullies who need anger management classes. Meteor Garden (Taiwan) and Boys Over Flowers (Korea) are the worst versions in my opinion. There is bullying, abuse, violence- really those male leads should be in jail. For me, the Korean version is the hardest to watch. The male lead cannot be redeemed. The female lead is the most annoying. You don't even understand why they would like each other. The second male lead is unlikeable. Buckle up, girls.
