Saving Private Ryan Reaction Highlights Pt. 1

I was going to try to make it just 1 video, but since I have 3 separate files... I'm just going to get this chunk out now, then I'll edit the next two clips asap and post.

Thank you all for your patience, hopefully I can plan out better in the future to not rush and post last minute lol,

Let me be the second to say, regarding Band of Brothers, i would ❤️ to see your reaction to BoB

Alright! time for my essay... This is the story of how I met your moth.. wait.. wrong essay. Stephen Ambrose (a military historian) was the unaccredited military/historic advisor (he also wrote Band of Brothers which you'll hear about a lot after this, I'm sure), but did not want to be credited because of few inaccuracies in the movie, such as where the Rangers landed on D-Day, and that whole story about extra armor plating on a glider. Missions to save the last surviving heir (i guess that would be the term) however, were not that uncommon. D-Day began the night before, with the airborne operation, but that's Band of Brothers territory, and the beaches were not secured until late afternoon, after which they regrouped in ad hoc teams to go further inland to destroy artillery positions (that's what captain Miller was talking about "they didn't want to give up those 88s"). The first wave suffered 98% casualty, but were later credited by Eisenhower (the supreme allied commander - actual title) for bringing up the material they later used to secure the landing zones. D-Day was the largest movement of humans and material across a large body of water in the history of our species. it was indeed, a day of days. -end of rant
