Announcement + Update (PLEASE READ)

Hey, K-Cordies! We have a couple of little announcements/updates to fill you all in on. Don't worry, it's nothing bad!

First, we've updated all our PATREON tiers to make them a bit easier to read, and we've made some slight adjustments to our Gold and Platinum tiers. For drama suggestions for Gold and Platinum K-Cordies, instead of including every drama suggestion in our drama polls, we've changed it to where every suggestion will be considered but that we might not include some if we REALLY feel the show isn't for us. We don't want anyone to worry as we will not disclude any drama suggestion lightly.

That said, we've also added some merch shop perks to our Gold and Platinum tiers. You should receive a message about those merch shop perks soon. (PATREON is auto-notifying all Gold K-Cordies for us, so if you don't receive anything in a couple of days, let us know. Platinum will be messaged directly from us within a day.) All of these new changes can be looked over on our membership tab, so please reread them when you can.

Second and lastly, we've been struggling to keep track of poll suggestions. Sometimes, a suggestion is left in a comment on a post, or it's messaged to us here or in Discord. We thought this was the easiest way to accept suggestions, but it's been difficult. Oftentimes, we remember a suggestion has been made but then can't find it when it's time to post a new poll, or we can't find who requested it. (Knowing who is important to make sure only current members' suggestions are being included and to ensure that a poll isn't being completely filled by only one or two members, allowing others a chance to make suggestions.) We've tried writing down/listing suggestions as they come in, but sometimes we might see a suggestion while away from our computers on the mobile app, and then even after accepting it, we can't find it once we get to our computers.

So, to make this easier for us and to ensure your suggestions don't get lost, we have created a Google Form. It's very easy to fill out, and while we'll include the form in this post, we will also start leaving it at the bottom of each month's schedule, which stays pinned at the top of our feed here on PATREON.

Overall, we're doing our best to make improvements for ourselves and all K-Cordie Patrons while also taking into consideration the feedback we received in the "We want to hear from you!" poll that was posted last month. We can't ever promise to be perfect, but we can promise to always try to do our best. Hopefully, these steps will help with that.
