Yeah, these subs are terrible. They never sub the parts that are essentially "the narrator" speaking. They only sub the spoken parts, not the parts that are written, and that is why this episode is SO bad. Because the editing, is actually hilarious, but if they aren't translating it, then you are pretty much missing ALL the dialogue and explanations about what is happening.
