Dad finally gets to see his daughter's new face and doesn't take it well while Mirae tries to navigate relationships from wanted and unwanted attention. But Kyung-seok is already seeing through everyone's BS and we are so here for it! And finally, we might actually have some characters who aren't redeemable, but we'll see.

Actually, the real reason they didn't showed young actress face because they don't wanted to fine what ugly is. In childhood one, they are like may be coz she is overweighted, she is not the beauty standard but they didn't wanted to define what face feature are called ugly. In reality, the young actress who played mi rae is gorgeous. All women are gorgeous. Also, Mi rae is so insecure and naïve and believes bullshit. Most of the women will see Sua bullshit and all guys will be dumb and will be played by sua. Kyung seok is the only guy with brain cells. He is respectful, he is straightforward and he says what he thinks. He is simply awesome. I swear, he is so good that I won't mind having a partner like him in real life coz most of the times, ML are useless or stupid, but he is not. He can be a cute dumb at times but he is smart and kind too. He is definitely in my top fav 5 MLs coz of his brains and how he can see bullshit from miles. My ID is gangnam beauty has way more layers thn True Beauty when comes to beauty standard. In Korea, it is common to have plastic surgery but if you are beautiful by birth, you will be put on pedestal. Also, if you did plastic surgery for one or 2 small things, its ok, but in case of Mirae, she did major plastic surgeries and when a person do too many plastic surgery, they are usually called Gangnam beauty coz these features are mostly common when people visit doctor to get surgery and Gangnam is the place in Korea with big plastic and cosmetic surgeons.

She's a real pickle, but I do appreciate how the show develops her story and uses her to make its point about beauty standards and chasing impossible perfection. And Kyung Seok is one of my fave kdrama characters just because his BS radar is off the charts, lmao. It's great to see him face off with every fake and dimwit around, lol. Excellent commentary all around, can't wait to rewatch next episode with y'all~
