The ISAC's basically went on hiatus for two years because of the pandemic. They tried to do something in the studio with idols recapping some of the best game performances, but it really didn't have the same excitement, although it was kind of cute watching Moonbin and Hyunjin show a little bowling technique (even if there weren't any real pins to knock over.) The 2022 ISAC- Chuseok Special returned to the outside arena with idols competing again in events like archery and track and field. That broadcast can still be seen on Viki.The commentators even gave shout outs to Moonbin and Joohoney for being outstanding athletes from the past. MBC hasn't done the competition for 2023 yet. When they do, it will probably be on Viki then. In this video, Astro competed in "Aerobic dance."

2023-02-16 03:39:36 +0000 UTCSo for ISAC competitions, all members of a group can participate in any of the sports but the limitation would vary on the sport. This is the aerobic dance competition and this particular one required 5 people so MJ sat out for this one. The top here were Astro & Seventeen. On another year, Sanha sat out, which is a highly recommended one to watch too. It was an Elvis routine and won that competition too.

2023-02-16 03:26:46 +0000 UTCoh too bad. i have subs for that ddoca. i managed to download it at vlive before it was terminated last year. astro ddoca is astro's self record cam (named by moonbin and rocky during trainee. basically, they are ddoca's parents) and astro play is recorded by staffs. anyway they won 2 years in a row in aerobic dance competitions.
