Quick Little PSA: Exit Surveys
Added 2020-09-17 09:22:53 +0000 UTCHey, just wanted to mention really quick that Patreon doesn't tell creators who the exit surveys come from (I assume to make sure former patrons don't get harassed by immature creators.) and while sometimes I can infer who it was during the few times Patreon makes a notification that a pledge was dropped, it's really not reliable. They tell us maybe 50% of the time or less but it still doesn't explicitly tell us who made the exit survey.
So if something serious happens like you were charged twice or something, please message me directly so I can help you.
