The ADM serum guarantees a certain level of loyalty from the neko as dispensing it in a virgin neko's mouth before intercourse while it's in heat effectively binds the neko's soul to the master's.
Each serum needs to be tailored to the master to ensure proper binding. Many knock offs exist on the market but they are often faulty or fatal.
If used as directed, ADM serum will cause the neko to seek out their master every time they go into heat. If soulbound and unable to mate with their master, the neko will suffer considerably.
Some versions of the ADM serum can cause intense pain in the neko should it venture too far from its master, this is to prevent runaways.
Should the master die, the effects of the ADM serum should expire.
