No, you just download the folder to your desktop. It's a compressed file to save space, so you will need to uncompress it. Then it can just sit there on your desktop. You separately run Steam and also run SteamLink on your headset. Once that connection between the headset and PC has been made, you will be in a virtual Steam room on your quest. Thats when you double click the 'ResizeMe' file in that folder on your desktop. The game will take about 30sec to a minute, and start playing. I know it can be tricky to figure out the first time, but I promise its worth it. Good luck!
