Any Homebrew Chapters Out There?

Late comment, but I have a homebrew chapter called the Droughted Cloaks, who are basically Space Marines that stay away from society after living in a planet that is cursed by a plague which turns them into living disease bombs, they live with their people similar to Salamanders but have a more depressive view on them, they often wear executioner hoods and Apothecaries wear plague doctor-like masks, they have a burning hatred for Death Guard and Nurgle more then anything but tend to rival the Minotaurs since the Cloaks are suspected to be heretics (they're not) they have a depressive view on everything but believes the Emperor can save their people which Is what motivated them into fighting aggressively. And that's the Droughted Cloaks.
