Okay, okay! I understood... This one will be in the real world!
As you can see, I've posted the survey responses. Don't panic, for those who wanted an isekai-oriented game, I'll take care of that right after this little game if the finished project (this one) turns out to be of good quality!
Thanks for replying anyway! So, I thought about doing a little survey with scenario ideas I've come up with, but the annoying thing is that I can't modify a survey once it's posted, so I prefer to gather your ideas BEFOREHAND.

I LOVE THIS IDEA!! I'm making a note of it, it will definitely be part of something, whether the poll wants it or not! There's too much potential, so I would have preferred the protagonist to be just another case like an other, but accompanied by a friend for emotional support who is going through the same operation and the same existential crisis. Depending on who you choose as a friend at the beginning, different outcomes will occur? Not obviously! But why is his best friend reluctant to this idea when they're both going through hell, whereas if you choose your slightly perverted roommate, he'll be more inclined, being a woman, to push you towards vice, etc.?

Magical objects everywhere, and a rather clumsy employee! That could make a good story! But I don't really see the connection with you being an undercover cop. I can better imagine a simple young man who needs to find a job and an old man who hires him!

Different items do different things, ex: one item turns him into a chick, other items turn other people into chick, brain wash them, turn them into inanimate objects, etc. however each item has side affects that he doesn’t immediately notice. Ex: the item used to turn himself into a woman as a disguise will slowly corrupt him until he forgets he was ever a man

One corporation creates ultimate medical treatement that transforms men to women. MC is first subject after reacting to online advertisement. MCs decisions will affect the world. Every week there will be news about solution for dating crisis where corporation president will tell about their testing successes/failures without telling the real truth what they are doing. Example: MC will refuse to interact with males. News: Our testing subjects are showing some resistance to medical treatment. We will test higher doses of the drug to test if it will heal our patients. Real story update: MC will be treated with new drug to increase his arousal around males. Final outros will display final treatment affected by MC story path. Government will force unsuccessful males to change to females with expectation that childbirth rating will raise up quickly. Not sure if it is against any rules on patreon. But idea is very dark, more the MC will fight against all those changes the harsher will be final treatment to all patients.
