[Tier 3] ATEEZ - Treasure (MV & Smoothing Harmonies Mix)

What a legendary track guys. What a track.

I feel like true gems always tend to shine brighter each time you revisit it and Treasure is def the one that fits that description.

And because we were starting off (yet again) impressed by how well put together Treasure is musically, we were extra skeptical about the "mixed" version of this piece.

...which is why we were impressed AGAIN by how well put together the mixed version is XDXD

Ahhh the paths we take with ATEEZ huh.

So as you know, we got Utopia (Japanese Version) next in line, so please let us know if you think it may be a good idea to check out the OG version first like we did for the mixed tracks, and if there are some links you think could be of our interest, please share :D

For now, ENJOY <3 :)

I loved the strings on this Treasure mix. It really makes the song more epic and gives it that real pirate-y, sailing adventure-type of feeling. I also felt like I could listen to it in an orchestra hall, they were so beautiful. At the crescendo in the final chorus, I could picture an orchestra playing this part, with CG panels, a projector, or a large screen at the back, and a giant wave crashes at that point. Or picturing it like a musical! The orchestra is in the pit and the entire song is being played out on stage! I really love this mix lol ☺️❤️

I will never stop watching the kq fellaz I performances 😭

I second this. The performance video is great and the MV for the Japanese version is definitely worth watching ☺️

I think it's worth checking out the original version of Utopia. Here's a link to my favorite live stage peformance (love the ending choreo): https://youtu.be/dT5eSzN64_0?si=G1wrdaZfuukiUcFL. The Japanese version was made into an official MV, which is simple but beautiful: https://youtu.be/ZLQm-8Z6C8M?si=8lA289oKyuPzTE-f.

Coming back to Treasure makes me nostalgic. I recently rewatched the KQ Fellaz series about their dance camp in the United States before their debut. It's a 20-episode, 3-4-minute series that shows us the genesis of Ateez. For those of you who are always curious about their creative process, we see how they created their very first song, "From." It's very touching to see them full of hope, ready to eat the world if given the opportunity. And that's exactly what they're doing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6Ze4N_043o&list=PLQwaMZCS6vkhWjafX57E2vbXvPKKrgJ5j
