But mainly because it's good.
I mean, this is the whole package. We talk about the music, the lyrics, the dance, the theme, the culture, you name it. It's all there. So let's just jump right into this one and study this iconic track.

2025-06-09 16:29:17 +0000 UTCSeventeen debuted with such a streak of iconic songs honestly. Adore U, Mansae, Pretty U and Very Nice back to back ? Such a flawless start. And I love how all of those songs represent the youthful type of love and a fun/fresh sound without sounding too similar. It's the gripe I have with Seventeen's hoobae group TWS, who debuted last year. Since their debut went viral, all their following title tracks have been VERY similar to their debut and it's all starting to sound the same... I know having a signature sound is especially important in a group's first years but you can still find variety inside of it, like Seventeen managed to do. Unfortunately, the one TWS title that was slightly different kinda flopped compared to the other ones (which is a pity because Last Festival was really good) so they probably won't change their strategy anytime soon.

(in Korean so I only have second-hand translations), Bumzu mentioned that S.Coups' image at that time helped inspire him when making the song Mansae because he looked like a high school baseball player. Also, yes they performed this song recently at Caratland 2025 and the part of the choreo that Han-C said he likes is still in the performance. They were dressed as office workers so it was really funny to see them perform this song as men in their late 20's - early 30's in business attire.

2025-06-08 16:55:21 +0000 UTCIt’s so fun to hear your breakdown of a song 😊 If you remember 96ers by HxW, they referenced back to the Red Light, Green Light melody and I love that Woozi put a nod back to Mansae in a newer song. Ahhahaha HanC mentioned them as Happy Virus. That’s the signature of one particular member that even a song about that is made especially for him. Hope you’ll get to that one very soon 😉

2025-06-07 16:48:52 +0000 UTCI've heard that before Carat were called Carat they were Younghee and they used to do lives with 'Younghee' called Younghee lives as a group and sometimes Mingyu would do it alone. That was obviously long ago since Carat is Carat now but recently in Caratland 2025 Dk got a penalty to do a Younghee live and it was super cringe obviously but really hilarious nonetheless you just had to be there and experience Dk rethinking all his decisions while acting like he is eating with Younghee ... The staff that was recording for him even laughed a bit because it was so funny.
