2025-02-27 13:45:32 +0000 UTCSo excited to be moving deeper into NoEasy. This is still my favourite album of theirs! Ssick is one of those songs that just gets stuck in my brain, it's soo good. You never fail to make my days better, ty β‘ And yes, going forward, there's two order switches I would strongly recommend. 1. Mixtape: OH comes before The view, lore-wise, so it really needs to come first here. I recommend doing both the MV https://youtu.be/M7lIml8-eHU?si=zDpn1Mi2bkzFjrTA and the first take for OH https://youtu.be/XhwImas7D0c?si=0xb19d-yaitSaQ6k Both are great, in different ways. The first takes are always special, but you need the MV for the lore, and for Hyunjin. This Mixtape was released as a stand-alone a couple months before Noeasy, and as you'll remember, Hyunjin was on hiatus here (from Kingdom onwards, and it's not really a spoiler atp because he's been back for years now). This MV was how we knew he wouldn't be leaving. We heard nothing about him until we saw him here. Obviously, it's not going to carry the same weight now that we know he's still a Stray Kid, but it's still pretty impactful if you view it through the lens of that era. 2. Secret Secret and Silent Cry are connected to each other in such a way that I'd recommend watching them in the same sitting to have the first fresh in your mind when you react to the second, even if you split the videos to post on your usual schedule. And contextually, the order of these two on the album doesn't really make sense? but explaining why would be a (minor) spoiler. It really should be Secret Secret first.

It actually would be a little odd to watch out of order. Might be fun to revisit the first two in the story and watch all four in a row. On their no easy album. There's no way. Oh I will say I noticed that they messed up who was singing the part after hyunjin finished singing the danger level that I avoid closely. The part right after. That is definitely on not Hyunjin. When do some smiled and put the microphone down? It made me so giddy. Because this song really is so good. And it was paid absolutely dust by both stray kids and some stay. All of the pieces of this song was so amazing. Memesis? Huh? Awwwww, D'some broke π€£. Oh my gosh I love the view SO MUCH! THIS ALBUM IS JUST TOP TIER. Wait a minute no I'm crying. Because the breakdown of Han-C having words over his screen and D'some being blurred out and it zooming in I thought we were going somewhere interesting just for it to end with I'm hungry. Idk why but the water droplet sounds in the chorus are so satisfying to me. One of the biggest reasons that I made the decision to join your Patreon is because I loved how you are able and willing to explain all the Korean lyric puns/word play. It adds so much to the enjoyment of the songs, so thank you for that! The View! Hope you guys react to the performance of it as well as the MV!
