[Tier 3] SKZ - Cheese (MAMA 2021)
Added 2025-02-04 13:30:01 +0000 UTCWe're now on to NOEASY album properly, starting with the very first track, Cheese, one of the first songs we've checked out when we started reacting to SKZ years back!
But the thing about the first few tracks we hear from a given group is that we tend to move on quickly to the next ones in line without checking out other performance videos.
We know Cheese VERY well but we basically have never checked out any other video other than the original MV.
So yes, this was a BLAST. :)
We do say something similar in the video, but technically, we DID check out multiple videos for Thunderous, and Thunderous is next, so do let us know if you have a link we have NOT seen before :D

I love thunderous are but SKZ that so much hate for the album so then performing cheese out of all songs is just perfect to the haters and I love them for that 🤣🤣

The timeline is as follows: MAMA 2020 (Dec 6 2020) introduced SKZ, ATZ & The Boyz as 3 of the contestant groups for Kingdom (that was where we got that EPIC 'Victory Song' performance). Feb 2021 we got the introduction to the teams for Kingdom on YouTube while they were filming the first episode. The first episode of Kingdom aired April 2021, completing in June of the same year. NO EASY was released Aug 23, 2021 at the end of Kingdom Week. MAMA 2021 took place on December 11, 2021 in Paju, SK. The theme for the ceremony was titled as "Make Some Noise" (probably because of SKZ and their whole sound monster thing, since they were the winners of Kingdom, which I believe was MNET's biggest show that year).
