Thank you, again, for everything you add to my understanding and enjoyment of their music through your breakdowns. His song just makes me cry, and this MV even more. And it's so biographical for Seungmin, with baseball being his first love, but him having to stop playing because of his injury, which is when he began singing. After finding his members, he ran a different direction from his baseball team. And then, at the end, his drawing of the baseball kid on the card, realising that he is more than just the baseball he couldn't play any more, having found his music, his members and the puppy, but also showing that who he started as is still there. His past hasn't been erased, it's still a part of him *sobbing* Seungmin went live on instagram yesterday and talked about the track and MV, and him talking about how he himself started crying from the part where he runs in the opposite direction from his baseball team just shows how much of his heart and his actual story he put into this. And the detail of each member names on the card in their own hand writing, and them all checking the book out on each of their birthdays, while it's number 0325 .. it's just ... they continuously leave me at a loss for words.

He might wander around during SKZ Code and pretend to be uninterested but his dedication to them is 100% <3

So STAYs have said it's as if the members are reading his diary of his journey

2024-12-20 12:33:46 +0000 UTCYeessss. This song is so ridiculously beautiful. And it made me cry as i expected it would. I have noticed that the concert versions do have a little something extra and I'm assuming that's because it's live and you don't have the music video or whatever to back it up. But with INs I noticed a piano in the live version that wasn't in the studio version that I thought was beautiful that I wish was in the studio version. But yeah, there are slight differences between the studio version and the live version. Every time that falsetto chorus hits i have tears in my eyes. Yes, hair erections all around. I love the little doodle of him playing baseball so much. It's so cute. Just like him. So I cry every time I watch this video. However, there's also one part that makes me laugh while crying and it's the part where he's running away from the baseball field and I guess he's running towards band practice because the way it's shot and the color grading of it reminds me of Twilight so much and it's just really funny to me. So I'm laughing while actually crying. I was going to say that Seungmin doesn't get scared easily but then I was reminded of the most recent episode of skz code 🤭. Oh for sure when he had that pick in his mouth, I'mma need him to calm down because I can't handle that much hotness from him. But also did you guys notice that the little doodle wasn't just baseball anymore? It had the music around it as well. I love the change in the way he sings the chorus as well. And the more that I think about it is kind of like in the beginning he's thinking about just the baseball. It was his dream so it was light, it's airy so he used his falsetto and then in the second chorus he's accepting his present and in this case his future with the whole life of music and he feels more reassured in it. So his vocals are much stronger for that chorus. And of course the last chorus is the strongest because I feel like that's him now living in his journey. Or at least that's how I'm thinking of it in my head. Yeah this really is such a beautiful song. And I'm so happy that this video was like this. In fact I need a drama with like 12 episodes that relates to this music video 😹. Oh wow. That is a very wild structure. You know seungmin is such a beautiful storyteller. Oh those were stairs and not a balcony?! That's interesting. I don't remember there being a wire but there had to have been something to ensure their safety. Lol, not D'some not paying attention because he was watching his ult sing and going crazy 🤣. Very valid tho. Have a good day guys 👋🏾
