Yes. This is the one we were looking forward to the most, and yes. It delivered. And also, yes. Album of the year. Hands down. This whole thing is AMAZING.

yes like the way you explained the chords and even replicated them!! or how you talked about the difference in the entrance of the chords that make it sound "ghostly" rather tha having a harder hit i just really really loved the actual visualization of what you were pointing out ><

2024-11-29 05:00:37 +0000 UTCI can't say that i like part 2 better than part 1, i feel like they're both incredible honestly and ive put them together into a playlist so i can listen to both parts together. Selfish Waltz isn't one of my favourites but it is a fun and interesting song.

But also true that bad relationships do create babies unfortunately. In our defense, still never thought that it'd be a love song. Just the sound that's sexy XD

2024-11-28 07:33:02 +0000 UTCI feel like the only atiny in the world who skips this song. Objectively, I recognize it's good, but it's way too high pitched for me throughout. The first time I heard Wooyoung's part I actually said "ok Barry Gibb Jr go off" (he did so well but OUCH man) - so I was excited for The Handsome Sausages to listen to it (thanks guys!) and give me some new insight/appreciation. ...And then you isolated those chords and I said "no no no it's even more disco nooo." This album is so diverse though, so I can't be too sad about one personal loss, because I gained so much beside it. It's very good and I'm lucky to be able to enjoy it.

It does make me wish roller rinks were still around where I lived and as popular like they were in the late 90’s and early 00’s. This song NEEDS to be listened to while you’re having fun with friends on a Friday night. That’s the feel I get from it

2024-11-28 04:07:21 +0000 UTCyes! thank you, i was having a hard time expressing how i felt about this album but this comment really resonates! as a whole album first listen, i didn’t enjoy this one very much, but as i’ve listened more and paid attention to single songs, i realize i was just overwhelmed and my brain had stopped processing or something lol. it is sooo good… (i don’t know if i like it better than pt 1 though. i adore a good latin vibe, so that one was a real HAPPY place for me.)

For me, Take Me Home, Cyberpunk, Silver Light, and Selfish Waltz go together so perfectly. As an older Atiny, it kind of takes me back to an 80’s kind of vibe. A John Hughes movie ost vibe. Iykyk. As always, excited to see your reaction to the next track.

This is one of my favorite ateez songs of all time and I’m so glad you liked it. I also agree that this album is Way better than golden hour part 1.

I enjoyed this song very much, but I'm sorry to say that the section with Mingi's rap sort of took me out of the groove. I found it to be an unpleasant speed bump in the flow of the song. Perhaps that was intentional...

For both albums I can't stop listening to them and there's not a single song I'm not absolutely in love with. The first listen was really overwhelming cause every song on its own is so intense and powerful and listening to all of them one after the other completely overloaded my brain so my favourite song kept changing with every listen until every song was my favourite in the end

But again I definitely agree that this album is better than GH part 1 because tbh I rarely find myself going back to listen to the b-sides in part 1 other than maybe blind. I assume it's just not my taste and I don't really think the songs are bad, but this album is just overall so much more relistenable for me. I remember Jongho said selfish waltz is his favorite on the album, and after recording he directly sent a kkt to hongjoong saying the song is really nice (bc hj produced it). Hongjoong joked this was the first time receiving a message from Jongho LOL. Enough is Yeosang's and probably a few other members' favorite but I can't remember exactly who.
