2024-11-20 17:45:10 +0000 UTCin a way yes! to put it briefly changbin dotes on the other younger members hyunjin, seungmin and i.n a lot. hugging them, being physically affectionate, paying for meals, etc. and he doesn't do that as much too han! at the same time he once said han is the member he worries about most behind the scenes. so because they have worked and spent a lot of time together as 3racha, there's a different dynamic there, compared to changbin and the other younger members!

2024-11-19 16:53:37 +0000 UTCFelix and Chan together are just so natural and I'm so happy that they've found eachother like they have. They truly ae like brothers. Them talking about eachother in their concert ments from Australia is one those things that shows how deep that runs. There's also so many Channie's Room moments with the two of them. Talking about Han craving that hug from Changbin, I think I've mentioned what they've referred to as their first hug before, because they do talk about it every now and then. It was on stage after they got their first win for Miroh and it's just ... The entire video from their first win really is a must watch! I also, again, find it astonishing how they keep adjusting to eachother - disagree, fight, make up, adjust. People live their whole lives not reaching that level of maturity, and here they were at age 22 and 23, already talking about events of the past and having been through a long (and ongoing) process. I love the energy in the HyunChan one. It's just really calm and relaxed and comfortable. These two seem very similar in some things and then like perfect opposites in others. And their synergy while making music is wild. Hyunjin is so meticulous when he writes music and very intentional with the words he chooses. I really like his style. It's so on brand for Hyunjin to be annoyed by Chan, but then miss his doting the moment it stops. I forget, half the time, that when they talk about their ages, they're obviously talking about their Korean age, which makes it even more impressive and devastating remembering the survival show. Chan, as the oldest, was 19 for half of it. Just a kid leading kids. He still beats himself up for things he couldn't possibly have known back then. And yeah, Chan has done the spicy chicken Buldak mukbang twice since this and... I dunno, he must be a bit of a masochist, that one... It made for a really fun Q&A, tho. The way d'Some compares Chan and Changbin is exactly how I see them too. They both have very high levels of EQ, but utilise it in very different ways. While it seems to be an instinctive and emotional thing for Chan, he's the one who deals with external "threats" and often seems a bit removed from the rest of the members. With Changbin on the other hand, it's more of a deliberate, intellectual thing. He's much more attuned to where the members are at and more observant about what's bothering them or conflicts within the group. I see this in their directing styles as well, and when teacing, like in 2 Kids Song. Changbin will draw you a map and still walk there with you - Chan will just tell you to go ahead and try it out for yourself, and then stays right behind you in case you veer too close to a disaster. These two fascinate me. Also, sidenote; the mop slippers... They're just.... I'm just glad it's not MY job to keep a room full of skz members focused..

2024-11-19 11:22:00 +0000 UTCFelix definitely contains multitudes! i think it's interesting that, with fashion, he talks about embodying both masculine and feminine styles as well as a unisex concept, and I think that extends to his behaviour, too; that he enjoys being cute just as much as he enjoys being a gremlin, but takes care to pick which audience sees which side of him at any given moment. So in places where aegyo is normative, like Korea and Japan, he plays more cute, and then goes more masculine in places like the US and Australia. None of it is fake - he's just picking which version of himself best fits a given context, and then emphasising it.

2024-11-19 01:31:21 +0000 UTCI just love seeing Chan how interacts with the members, he really loves them we can all tell, he is so kind and I know he blames himself a lot bc of the past days, but like Hyunjin says “a kids guiding others kids” he do what he thinks is the best in that moment, I know he regrets but nobody is expert in being a leader and for me he do very well, obviously we make mistakes but is all learning for the present Also talking about food, I’m from the north of Mexico and we have tacos with meat from the tongue of the cow and they are delicious, if you have the opportunity to try it some time, do it, so recommended

But then you see him in Australia where he gives a veeery different vibe. Like he excudes a very masculine energy when he's there. I can see that he does that with certain members too. Like in my opinion, he gives off that kind of energy to chan and even seungmin i think. (Even though chan tries to bite his head every chance he gets😂)

2024-11-19 01:03:54 +0000 UTCPausing after the first episode to say: welcome to the genre of content that is Chan being mildly unhinged about Felix on main! XD Their dynamic is fascinating to me on a number of levels, and this episode in particular is a really interesting example of it. A large part of why (IMO) is that these episodes were filmed right before the start of the Maniac tour in early 2022, at a point when SKZ hadn't performed before a live audience since before the pandemic - more than that, their last world tour, District 9: Unlock, started in November 2019, with most of the shows having to be cancelled due to Covid. (And you may recall that Woojin left in October 2019, so you can only imagine how stressed they must've been in the leadup.) And I mention all this because, when Felix talks about how he's colder and doesn't cry anymore - something that, today, we know isn't true of him at all - I think that mindset was really a product of pre-tour anxiety, given everything that had happened last time; he was trying to withdraw and protect himself emotionally. (Which, as we also may recall, worked right up until the end of the first Seoul concert for Maniac, when he started ugly-crying on stage and didn't stop for four hours.) But for this video with Chan, you can see that he's restraining himself rather than matching Chan's energy, always pulling back a bit whenever he starts to get too enthusiastic - and that's notable, because it's not something he does with the other members, even during this period. He pulls back around Chan, not because he likes him less than the others, but (I think) because there's something there he wants to protect, that's private, and because out of all SKZ he's most conscious of the camera at all times. At the risk of quoting Jane Austen, it feels extremely "If I felt it less, I could talk about it more." And then you have Chan, who's practically vibrating in place with I Care So Much And I'm Being So Normal About It, to the extent that he keeps swinging wildly between casual and intense, (IMO) because he keeps overcorrecting for his own behaviour in both directions. So you get the juxtaposition of very normal friend stuff like "we should go see penguins together" and "oh wow, you still have those shoes I bought you?" with unhinged stuff like "we should move in together one day" and "we've been connected since before I was born." And I just think it's very notable and very funny, and that an additional factor in this is that, more than any other SKZ duo, Chan and Felix have to self-censor during this kind of content, because their Aussie bond involves a) a decent amount of swearing and b) a dirty sense of humour, which kind of gets alluded to in other places but is also deeply obvious from an Australian perspective. And so the end result is this very weird, charming, occasionally stilted mix of Being Professional On Camera and Trying Very Hard To Care A Normal Amount While Also Conveying To The Other Person That They Are Deeply Special, which here reads as Felix trying to convince both us and himself that he's super chill about everything while Chan swings wildly between haha we're just bros and You Are My Soulmate And The Light Of My Life. XD

Don't you worry you have the 2 Kids Show with either Changbin or Lee Know as MC and in the end of each episode the members sing together. And recently the new 1KR, where their emotional maturity is way beond their age and they know each other so well. Not to forget the 6 ep Song Camp Howl in Harmony, where you see the creative process of Red Lights, Surfin and Gone Away. You will love it!

2024-11-18 16:47:51 +0000 UTCI love all of these episodes so much! Felix and chan, as well as han and changbin are just soo.. brothers.. haha. And also, hyunjin has a lot of piercings now. I'd say he's an impulsive piercer😂. Earlier this year he had his eyebrows pierced. And Just recently around ate comeback, he got additional 5 piercings in the ears. I think he has a helix too. Ohh personally, I don't think it's necessary to watch the old 2kr hehe. We still have 2 kids show and the new 1 kids room, so don't worry you still have a lot more to watch❤️

Also, my poor beginner korean language processing center went into overload watching Han and Changbin speaking at the speed of light. The switch from Felix and Chan, balancing back and forth with more slow and careful speaking, to Han and Changbin going about as fast as they rap fully comprehending each other, not missing a thing..... It's hard to keep up.

I am freaking out at work right now. Okay, I'm finally home. I'm going to freak out in a little bit. But first I really want to watch this video. And immediately dsome your hair looks so nice. Are those grapes and pineapples? Or are those grapes and cheese? I'm weird right? Like I love waffles. I like chicken. I love bacon but I feel like mixing it together is like a big No-No for me. I don't know why but I just can't do it. I don't like my things to touch or mix. So I don't know I would have to try it but just the thought of it is a big no for me. I genuinely love hearing bang Chan and Felix just conversate. Because it's so interesting to watch them or listen to them, go in between English and Korean so often in their sentences. Oh yeah. Felix and bang Chan are definitely the outgoing people of the group. They have never met a stranger as my grandmother would say. Yes Hyunjin was doing that when he was role-playing as IN and the most recent SKZ code. For sure watching these episodes you can see how easy it is for bang Chan to talk to Felix versus other members. There goes Han again trying to create another religion. Oh yeah he definitely does that a lot. But I feel like it makes sense for him because he was learning Korean when he first joined the team so he wants to make sure that he's being understood. That instrumental was from the song charmer. It's so funny anytime I see members of 3Racha and it's not all three of them I call them 2basco (like Tabasco sauce) because of a fic i read. They both talk a lot so it's very funny to watch these two go at it. I also want to hug Han. Yes, he is very much a han quokka when he's eating. Oh yeah, Changbin has definitely changed a lot of the members in many ways. For sure! Hun is very adorable. Yes we do love Han. I definitely feel like jisung and changbin are like brothers. Yes love you Han and Changbin. Lol, Changbin is the left hand 😹. I would uave said Lee Know is the right hand but not you saying bang chan's alter ego. Excuse me? What were you watching that bang Chan went on to something and was trashing other celebrities? Lol bang chan always naked. You know what I'm not even mad at it. If that's what he's most comfortable doing then by all means. Oh dear God, I didn't realize he had planned to eat the spicy ramen all the way back during these two kids rooms. And he sure enough did it. And it was hilarious to watch. Homeboy was struggling. Oh that would be so fun. I wonder if they actually did a Chan's room like that. hunjin is not wrong at all. He does go well with anything. I absolutely love that D'some had to explain that to Han-C as well about the jjampong. Lol, No I understand D'Some, He does have beautiful legs. Whooooo take it off D'Some! 😹 Wait have you guys watched the 1 heart room or whatever its called?
