Added 2024-10-19 15:55:41 +0000 UTCSo here's a never seen before video going through the recent Korean article about SKZ's collab with Riot Games for Arcane Season 2, and further expanding on the topic by explaining what I know about the OST processes in general as well as the specific process that Christian Linke's team at Riot Games take for Arcane.
The video (or the article that I translate) delves into general talks about the K-idol scene when it comes to collaborating with LoL contents, how the groups get picked, the public perception, as well as SKZ specific questions like how they got chosen, what the recording was like, and what role Come Play will play in the upcoming season of Arcane.
After the article talk, I'll be going into the process that Linke's team takes (or has taken for Season 1), giving some examples of scenes from Arcane, and just have some fun chitchat about my wishes, etc. :)

I know there's a visualizer for "come play" as of yesterday, and I can't help but be a little sad that this means they aren't involved with the championships this year (this year the world's anthem went to Linkin Park, the cinematic was a tribute to fakers LoL legacy I cried though, Chester would have loved how far they've come.. And that they now officially have the worlds ear. and he would have had so much fun!) However, I can not WAIT to see what episode this song goes to and what else they plan! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 😭
