I'm taking this as a personal attack 😭😭😭😭 Mingyu in that hot tub DESTROYED the Internet when this came out 🤣 This was such an interesting song, I have no idea what's going on rhythmically and it confuses me but I love it so much, but hearing the balming tiger comparison really stuck it for me. 😂 As for recommendations ... This is me humbly begging for you to see/listen to 'Fear' I can't even express what that song does to my heart.. And CHEERS by the rap unit has a permanent chokehold on me too. You're not alone in not knowing all the members, though - I've got some friends who've been trying to teach me, and here is the little I've managed to absorb: - S.Coups: leader, group dad, has a fat ass - Jeonghan: lots of gender, absolutely ruthless at playing games, which he takes Very Seriously - Woozi: producer, possibly the shortest male idol but in any case Small, looks like a cat but not to be fucked with - Mingyu: looks like beefcake, vibes like babygirl, card-carrying member of BM's big titty committee - Hoshi: dance leader, thinks he's a tiger but is actually a hamster, has zero alcohol tolerance - Vernon: weirder than you think - Joshua: also weird - DK: long-suffering theatre kid and drama llama - Dino: even more long-suffering maknae - Jun: ?? - The8/Minghao: ?? - Wonwoo: ?? - Seungkwan: extremely good vocalist, occasional voice of reason

2024-10-10 08:10:14 +0000 UTCYayyyy I’m so happy we got a seventeen reaction i definitely would love to see you guys do a reaction to the comeback but I’d also love to see you guys do maybe an analysis or breakdown of some of their other songs even though it might not be the first time hearing it. I also would love to hear your thoughts on the song maestro by them cause it’s such an interesting song and the fact that Woozi (who is also one of their main producers) was able to sample several of their prior songs and place them within it is really cool. I also think you guys would love their going seventeen show it’s kind of like how skz has skz code but seventeen is known for being variety show kings. They literally have a fanbase called cubics which are the fans that don’t really follow their music but watch their going seventeen series and are fans of their variety show.

I only know a few of their songs (mostly just title tracks) and Don quixote (because mingyu 🙂↕️iykyk) but I know all of the members because I watch a lot of their variety shows since they're just so funny. So it'll be fun watching this with you guys and discovering new music❤️

This was SO good, and it made me so happy to see that you wrote down notes and then explained everything 🥹 I really think y’all should also react to the other two unit songs from this album, Spell by the performance unit and Cheers to youth by the vocal unit! Also, if you haven’t heard them yet (they’re from 2017), Lilili Yabbay, Trauma, and Pinwheel! These are also unit songs and so SO good! And my last three (short of me just asking for a discography run even though y’all are already familiar with them lmao) are Fear, Monster, and Maestro!

I love it even more now. Do you think at some point in the future you might react to some episodes of Seventeen’s variety show, Going Seventeen? Since you do SKZ Code and Wanteez, I thought it’d be fun to see you check out Gose too. Their mafia episodes are top tier. And with halloween coming up, it’s the perfect time to watch any of their spooky/horror episodes!
