It's SKZ DOCUSERIES TIME!
Didn't know it was going to be all about the concerts and their bts - AWESOME. That's exactly the type of things we love to watch, (though we'd love to see more of the process XD like we say, we'd do horrible things to get to watch that) so we had a great time with this one.
After this is over, we'll most likely be back with the usual one-offs as planned previously :)

And when he was explaining why he cried after, he cried again😭. When he said they really gave up their youth, changbin interrupted him and said that this right here is their youth, that they are living an unattainable dream, and IN said stays are their youth😭😭.

Are we dating? 👀 But honestly though, I love these guys so much, they really put their heart and soul in everything they do. They never take it for granted and they're constantly trying to hone their skills and it shows. I do not get attached to musical artists (on a more personal level) basically ever but SKZ and ATEEZ have been the exception 🫶🏻

So very interesting to see the amount of hard work and thought process that goes into the production of these concerts. How in the world do they remember lyrics, choreography and where the hell they are supposed to be at any given moment? Amazing.

2024-09-19 21:22:30 +0000 UTCAs I see this I get so emotional, cause I was there, and now I can see it from SKZ's perspective. Tearing up thinking about the day leading up to them entering the stage. The crowded metro filled with Stays, from Milan center to the hippodrome for the I-Days concert. In the heat wave, lining up in the parks, like giant vinding snakes, for hours. Entering the arena, Water canons to cool us of. Then an hour before SKZ's entry the heavy rain, thunder, hail. Soaking wet into my bones. Rain stops 15 min before the concert. All Stays singing in one massive voice. Then a most the most vibrant, excillerating and wonderful live performance orchestrated by STZ. They are masters live and leave no crumbs. Making friends with other Stays from other European countries (I flew in from Sweden). Leaving the arena with 69.999 others. Suddenly car horns eagerly bursting, 2 covered vans ... SKZ leaving and saying good bye and thank you.

It was so so cool seeing how much control skz has over everything. It's an incredible amount of work and it really shows how great the whole team is.

2024-09-19 16:44:08 +0000 UTCThis is making me emotional... AGAIN! I was there in that huge crowd in Milan. We stood in heavy rain (in some spots, it even became hail at one point) for 30 to 40 minutes; we were drenched to the bone and then stuck in the mud (at least where I was in the pit), but I would do that again in a heartbeat! The rain stopped just 10 mins before they got to go on stage, we were chanting SOLE SOLE SOLE (sun sun sun) like maniacs, and it worked! :D The songs rearranged with the band were so good, and rock and roll; we all had a blast, and so were they, too! They smiled for the whole concert :) I think it's safe to say that everybody was upset for the shorter setlist, we didn't get Haven and Megaverse because it could rain again (it didn't), and obviously ChkChkBoom, because it was the Friday before the comeback. I wish I were there again, watching the fireworks and singing Miroh at the top of my lungs T_T. All that being said, I LOVE seeing the process behind performances like this one and how heavily they are involved in every single bit. The 2nd episode is both about London and Chicago.

Hyunjin has actually been traveling with a cool folding - yes, folding - guitar because he has said he wants to play really well, and he practices when he has time. (He showed the guitar in one of their videos from when they were in New York.) So someday we might see Hyunjin up there playing with the other guitarists - Han, Seungmin and Bang Chan. (I've also seen pics of Changbin with a guitar but I'm not sure if he actually plays.)

Bang Chan's leadership, the way he guide and plans, the man is unreal how he puts so much into everything they do and you can not only see it but feel it. Also loved seeing Hyunjin in performance directing for the stages, how he's so excited every single time and you can see his love and passion for it. Seungmin has a way with words and him saying how everything leading up to where they are now unfolds before him like a panorama. Videos never do I.N justice, but I wanna say how powerful I.N is live in person, baby bread is dang charming. Changbin and Han as well, my god, the way they deliver vocals on stage is better than studio and I wish I can have all the skz songs in band rendition on official audio. Lastly, Felix, dear god, how was this guy created. Everywhere he went on stage he was a force to be reckoned with. I wish the documentary would show all the playful water fights that skz had on stage because it's the best seeing them laugh and run around. Lastly, shout out the Sunshine girl (Weathering with you reference) that Hyunjin prayed for. There's a sunshine girl that is a stay I truly believe it <3

Them behind the stage listening to Stay singing always gets me and I knew that was bound to crop up, because both HJ and CB posted about it on ig back when it happened. Even watching the I-days parts had me reliving the entire experience that BST was. Those two festivals were just two days apart, and our group chat of people travelling alone from all over Europe to attend BST ran hot. All of us in different stages of travel (me at a metro noodleshop ...), with the live stream from I-days - "When should we cut the stream so as not to spoil it all?, " What have they been feeding the baby?" "Will they preview Chk Chk Boom?". It was electric, even days in advance. Chan in full leader/producer/director-mode is always top tier. Even knowing how involved they all, and him in particular, are, it always strikes me when you get to see it like this. It's funny watching them talk about what stage to be on for the "LA LA LA LA" choreo here, because (the BST-clip of it is not included in the docu-series, so not spoiling it) - Han got so caught up with his fan interactions at the thrust stage that he forgot ALL about that. He realised as the bridge was ending, and watching his face from the crowd as he realised, went "oh shit" and ran for his life was hilarious and completely on-brand for him. Of course he made it just in time and sang perfectly. Also, Felix at BST was something else. And the setting sun.... I'm pretty sure there was magic in the air that night.

They did one for LALALALA M/V making (separate from the behinds they normally do) where they interviewed the creative team as well (far too short in my opinion). They also did one for Lolla Paris in 2023 as well as the 5-Star Dome Tour. These two for the festival circuit are the strongest in terms of thematic through line as a documentary, so I hope they continue to expand in these glimpses into their creative and collaborative process.

Okay here I am ready to enjoy this thoroughly. Lol not the surprise mutha- 😂🤣. I also love that they have the official captions in this one. Even just practicing in rehearsing Changbin and Han looks so goddamn good. I also love getting to watch this process. Of them taking their songs and making it festival ready. Yes they have the same band for all three and I love that. They had eye days and then 2 days later they had BST and then like a week later they had Lollapalooza so it was all very close. His dad is huge. Lol Han-C "when's the next song by?" I absolutely loved this moment of Han and hyunjin. Just connecting on learning to play That's funny, I didn't even notice the rabbit when I first watched this Han-C. I just noticed the fan spraying out moisture. Han looks stunning in just a shirt, jean shorts, a yellow plaid shirt and those glasses. It makes no sense how good he looks. By scratch, Han-C, do you mean the eyebrow slits? You can see Han's 5:00 shadow and that portion and he would look so good with facial hair. I really want to know what Ace Changbin was talking about that he had up in their sleeve. Such as the curse of having four dragons on their team. You can tell immediately how frustrated Seungmin frustrated was. Oh wow, this is my second time watching this. I just realized he was listening to Florence and the machine. Not him. Listening to dog Days are Gone. That's my song. Of course honest singing in the background. I love that they watch STAY sing in the back. Festival version of domino was definitely amazing. Honestly, it completely makes sense that it was Seungmin taking down the notes. He is hands down the most diligent of them all. And also when it comes to fanfics anytime there's some type of manager position. I always picture seungmin. The way they left Felix hanging while he was doing a head banging had me cackling 😂. All of them Han-C. You have to get all of the chills. Social path is just an emotional song. It hides behind its Rock beat, but it is an emotional song. That's what I thought too, but I think it's only two episodes because the second episode had Lollapalooza and BST in it. I don't know if y'all noticed it but it took me awhile to notice. Hall of Fame was supposed to be in the setlist but they ended up not using it. He actually chose an older song instead. I also would do horrible things to see their full planning process D'some. Okay bye-bye guys 👋🏾
